Tokyo native became the Aztecs’ statistical leader across every major category, marking SDSU women’s golf’s first all-conference first-team selection since 2022
Narita, a Tokyo native, delivered a breakout campaign in 2025-26, leading San Diego State in every major statistical category while helping elevate the Aztecs back into the national conversation in women’s collegiate golf. Her selection marks the program’s first all-conference honoree since 2022 and underscores the continued international impact on NCAA women’s golf.
The junior finished the season with a 72.79 stroke average — the fourth-best single-season mark in San Diego State history — while dominating the team leaderboard in win-loss record (603-178-26), count percentage (95.6%), rounds in the 60s (6), rounds under par (11), and total birdies (90).
Her defining moment came at the Yale Invitational West, where she fired a career-best six-under-par 210 over 54 holes to tie for second place. The score marked the best 54-hole performance by an SDSU golfer since 2019 and further cemented her rise among the Mountain West’s premier competitors.
Narita also etched her name into the San Diego State record books at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational, carding a career-tying five-under-par 67. The round made her just the 15th Aztec golfer ever to shoot 67 or lower in program history. She would go on to finish tied for sixth in the 112-player field with a four-under-par 212.
