MONTGOMERY, Ala. |
As community organizations across Alabama seek new ways to strengthen youth development and expand access to mentorship, XIXI NOW Success Academy Worldwide is drawing support from corporate and nonprofit partners ahead of its four-day convention in Montgomery.

STIG Rock Diamonds has joined the initiative as a Presidential Sponsor, while the statewide Alabama Omega Foundation is lending its support through sponsorship and discussions about a potential mentoring collaboration.

The partnerships underscore XIXI's broader ambition to turn a convention centered on personal growth, leadership and community engagement into a platform for longer-term opportunities for young people.

The convention is scheduled for Nov. 12-15, 2026, in Montgomery, with a Mentorship Charity Golf Classic planned for Nov. 12 at Cottonwood Golf Club.

STIG Rock Diamonds brings corporate support to youth development

STIG Rock Diamonds' participation as a Presidential Sponsor represents a significant component of XIXI's convention sponsorship effort.

The company has also expressed interest in becoming involved in youth-focused initiatives, potentially extending its engagement beyond financial support for the November gathering.

For XIXI, corporate involvement offers an opportunity to connect private-sector resources with community programs that emphasize personal development, mentoring and access to opportunities.

Although specific future initiatives involving STIG Rock Diamonds have not been announced, its sponsorship reflects the organization's effort to build relationships with businesses interested in supporting youth development.

Such relationships can help community organizations broaden their networks, attract additional participation and establish a foundation for sustained programming.

Alabama Omega Foundation explores expanded mentoring opportunities

The Alabama Omega Foundation, a statewide organization with an established mentoring program, is also supporting the XIXI convention.

XIXI is exploring a collaboration with the foundation aimed at expanding mentoring opportunities for underserved young Black males.

The proposed partnership could connect XIXI's personal-development mission with the foundation's existing experience in youth mentorship.

However, the collaboration remains in development. Neither a formal implementation schedule nor specific program arrangements have been finalized.

That distinction is important as the organizations explore how their respective resources and experience might complement one another.

A successful collaboration could create opportunities to connect more young men with mentors, leadership guidance and community-based support, depending on the arrangements ultimately reached.

A whole-person approach to personal growth and opportunity

XIXI NOW Success Academy Worldwide promotes a development philosophy that recognizes several dimensions of personal well-being as interconnected.

Its approach emphasizes spiritual development, mental and emotional well-being, physical health, financial understanding and social relationships.

Rather than treating these areas as separate concerns, XIXI seeks to encourage personal growth through an integrated framework

The philosophy reflects the organization's view that lasting success involves more than professional advancement or financial achievement. It also requires emotional resilience, supportive relationships, personal responsibility and opportunities for continued learning.

For young people facing limited access to mentoring and other developmental resources, XIXI hopes this approach can provide a broader foundation for growth.

Montgomery convention to feature mentorship charity golf event

The Nov. 12-15 convention will bring participants together in Montgomery for activities focused on learning, personal development and community connections.

Among the scheduled events is the Nov. 12 Mentorship Charity Golf Classic at Cottonwood Golf Club, an activity designed to connect convention participation with the organization's youth opportunity mission.

The four-day gathering also provides a setting for sponsors, community organizations and participants to build relationships and explore opportunities for future collaboration.

By bringing corporate supporters and nonprofit organizations into the same event, XIXI is seeking to create connections that could extend beyond the convention itself.

Building partnerships beyond the convention

The involvement of STIG Rock Diamonds and the Alabama Omega Foundation highlights a broader issue facing youth-serving organizations: how to translate short-term events and sponsorship commitments into lasting community impact.

Financial contributions can support organizational activities, while established mentoring organizations can bring experience, community relationships and program knowledge.

Combining those resources may help create more sustainable opportunities, provided the organizations establish clear objectives and workable implementation plans.

For XIXI, the November convention represents an opportunity to strengthen those relationships and encourage continued investment in young people.

The organization's immediate focus remains on preparing for the Montgomery gathering while exploring how sponsor engagement and prospective mentoring partnerships might contribute to its longer-term mission.
